A ChocoCou (chocolate cake / zucchini )

Vegetables in a cake must dare. Unusual, however why not? The result is surprising. A fun way to cook zucchini and amaze your guests or small grands.Les Moopys had fun during the cooking workshop where the nickname is a copyright of my Prem.Le chocolate / zucchini has marveled. Here's the recipe:

For a big ChocoCou or more ChoucoCou Mini (9 surrounding a muffin pan)

Ingredients:
250g flour fluid
1/2cc with baking soda (or potato starch)
1 teaspoon yeast Chemical
300g zucchini
200g dark chocolate
15/20 cl sunflower oil
2 eggs
100/120 g caster sugar (brown sugar or brown sugar)

Doses are based on the tastes more or less sugar and fat. A combination you as you look good your dough.

Preparation:
* Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Butter your moule.Mélanger flour with baking soda and yeast.
* Grate zucchini or if you steamed, make a puree.
* Melt chocolate in double boiler (or microwave to hurry) I personally use the method of chocolate in the pan with 2tsp of water and a dash of cream. (Or not depending on what I have on hand) When the mixture is smooth, stopping the fire.
* Beat together eggs, sugar and oil. Stir obtained mixture of flour / yeast / baking. Add the zucchini and finish with chocolate.
* Garnish your pan with your camera. Bake in oven 30 minutes. Let stand at least 10 minutes-if you can resist - Turn. Serve with chocolate sauce or ice cream or plain sugar to taste.

Variation:
White chocolate, you'll have a little green near macha tea cakes. I will not go into the debate if the white chocolate or no, there are fans so let them, their little pleasure.

The last word:
Good tasting. You tell me the news. And advice, do not reveal all the mystery away from ChocoCou you will be surprised to see the reactions of your guests. The anti-greens "will certainly be skeptical. The soft revive the taste buds of all. Mashed version won unanimously, but the 2 versions have not had time to make old bones, there are only crumbs. (Hence the lack of pictures ...)
