For a big ChocoCou or more ChoucoCou Mini (9 surrounding a muffin pan)

Ingredients:

250g flour fluid

1/2cc with baking soda (or potato starch)

1 teaspoon yeast Chemical

300g zucchini

200g dark chocolate

15/20 cl sunflower oil

2 eggs

100/120 g caster sugar (brown sugar or brown sugar)

Doses are based on the tastes more or less sugar and fat. A combination you as you look good your dough.

Preparation:

* Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Butter your moule.Mélanger flour with baking soda and yeast.

* Grate zucchini or if you steamed, make a puree.
